Hi,

The problem was that the dictionary didn't have a LGPL licence and thus couldn't
be integrated.

The licence have changed recently (the first author gave us the authorization to
change it) and a lot of work has been done to correct the dictionaries. We are
still testing them, and we'll offer new versions soon, before the feature freeze
of the 2.4 version, I think.
