this is more serious than the initial test case shows: Otuline numbering is
*always* removed - even if the document that the styles are loaded from has
outline numbering defined.
I attach two files as testcase:
open initial.odt and then load styles from loadthis.odt
although both files have outline numbering defined in the same way, it gets
removed
