I tried writing a new document in all caps with OO and found that I can highlight a section of the text and successfully apply the Title attribute. So there is an inconsistency between applying Title to capped words in a new text and applying it to the document I sent. I wonder whether changes were made since 24781. I conclude that there is something peculiar about this particular document that I sent you or that the fact that it was saved as .DOC is significant. I'd like to get to the bottom of this problem if possible because I am about to receive a larger document with names written in caps and it will be a lot of work to make the changes manually.
