Sorry not reply earlier (was away from my desk).
If I select the text "a small farmer with about nine acres." and apply Title to
it it changes to "A Small Farmer With About Nine Acres". However, if I select
"JAMES" and apply Title to it it stays as "JAMES".
If you can change "JAMES" to "James" by applying Title then that takes me a step
further, i.e. there is something wrong with my installation rather than an
intrinsic problem with OO.
