Our direct concurrent can do that in the corresponding feature and it is used quite often. It does not help to be able to change it in the created document (with 'new document' bottom left) since in most cases You use multiple rows and columns and it gets impractical to change all created occurrences. Please have a look if this may be easy to enhance, e.g. by offering the Witer's format dialog for the selction in the context menu.
