Actually since the sample text is completely in Chinese simplified and StarOffice / OpenOffice does not have a spell checker for that by default it seems that you guys must have one implemented (or at least in use) for that language. Without that spell checker nothing at all will happen! The spell checking dialog will just report that it has finished checking the document. In order to see the problem I need your spell checker implementation for Chinese simplified! Can you provide it?
