2008 -------
1) Open the attached file
2) Locate the red line and set the cursor on the empty line before the red line
3) Press Enter
4) Look at the result. Before the insertion we had only one page. Now we have 
TWO lines on the new page, one empty line at the top and one line with text as 
second line! Because there is only one line with text orphan/widow control 
cannot have any influence here!
5) Set the cursor in the first empty line of the new page and try to delete the 
empty line.
6) You see that the line is deleted but the next line returns to the first 
page. It is not possible to have the red line as the first line of the second 
page!

Note that the red line has a 10 point font, not a 12 point font as the others. 
With a 12 point font this issue does not occur but the insertion of a new line 
should - of course - work with lines with different font sizes. I am using 
different font sizes sometimes, that's why its annoying for me.
