You have already found out yourself. why this does not work... There is not
enough space on the page for a 12pt font size paragraph. If you press "Enter" in
the empty paragraph, a new 12pt paragraph is created. It will not fit onto the
page, so it is move (with following red content) onto a new page.
This will also happen when you change the font size of the red paragraph to
12pt. Not enough spacing on the page for a 12pt font...
