No that is not intentional. The reason as far as Artem and I can see is that the
pdfimport library does not find the basegfx library anymore due to the three
layer office (which came into m5). This is because basgefx is not a URE library
but an office library. Which means that we cannot link it in a component for
binary compatibility. The same is true for the canvastools lib.
The solution for now is to link basegfx and canvastools statically to this
component. We need to to this on a followup CWS however for testing. Moreover
this is not a build breaker, so IMHO we should handle this as a P2 issue.
