This is a short-term solution at best, as it opens a can of worms regarding code
duplication & dependencies. Apart from the technical issue mentioned here, I see
no reason why an extension should not depend on non-ure libs. Having said that,
I think that there are a few good reasons to at least move basegfx into ure.
