------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Apr 11 18:51:23 +0000 2008 ------- 1. Start Impress 2. Choose a chart slide 3. Doubleclick to activate chart 4. Click on the "data table" button (I use the swedish version so I do not know the correct english names. 5. Open a Calc file with your data. 6. Mark the data, copy it, switch to Impress 7. Paste the data into the "data table" All data will be pasted in the first cell instead of the same number of cells as you copied from calc. You will have to copy the information cell by cell which is quite tedious. This is a quite common way of working when you use the same presentation with different numbers. For instance quarterly sales reports. Suggested change: Make it possible to copy multiple cells from Calc to Impress chart data table. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
