This is not an i18n / locale data issue.
@tl: Thomas, can you do anything about dictionaries being overwritten during
upgrade? If not, please forward to the installation project. However, it should
be clarified with english_fred whether he "corrected" the shared en_US
dictionary from the installation or created a user dictionary.
