However OO.o 2.4 is not handling this well. A lot of images end up with a black background on PDF A/1 export, so I guess OO.o export assumes the default background color of an image is the right background color to use on export. Please change it so removing transparency is done by composing transparent images with the document background color (and if none is defined, white by default).
