@hi: This issue is not asking to add transparency to PDF A/1. I already noted it
is not allowed. This issue is about achieving the visual effect of partially
transparent graphics by including pre-rendered data or flattened vector objects.

"The visual effect of partially transparent graphics can be achieved using
techniques other than the use of the PDF Reference transparency keys,
including pre-rendered data or flattened vector objects."

Adding a transparency warning is useless. The user is not going to hunt down
transparent graphics and change them to opaque ones manually. This operation is
part of the PDF A/1 export and must be automated in a reasonable way if PDF A/1
export is to add reasonable value to users.

Reasonable way means zones that would be white with transparency are not
transformed to black opaque zones.
