According to RFC 3280 such certs are not shown shown in the Keyusage section of it. So I suppose this is not a bug in OOo. Please get a Certificate valid for Signing documents and/or E-Mails. Personally I use a Cert issued by Thawte. Thanks for your Help, will try to get a SSL cert to check again.
