Currently the language will only be taken in mind for character styles when
changed in Tools.Options.Languages.
But I think it is desirable for the user that the changes in the Default
paragraph style should also be passed through to the character styles (of course
excluding the styles which have explicit language settings). I cannot imagine
that anyone designs documents where the char styles and the para styles have
different language settings...
