Yes, this new merge-module process was introduced with cws native160. To be MS
conform we have to use Merge modules for the installation of msvc* libraries
into the system. Therefore starting in m23 the following files are prerequisites
for successful packaging (the two Debug files only for non-pro builds):
Microsoft_VC90_CRT_x86.msm
Microsoft_VC90_DebugCRT_x86.msm
policy_9_0_Microsoft_VC90_CRT_x86.msm
policy_9_0_Microsoft_VC90_DebugCRT_x86.msm
