This is the same behaviour as with the msvc* libraries in the past. These libraries were also part of the professional version. A configure switch is possible, with which it can be possible to merge the msm files into the installation sets or not. But if the msm files are not merged, OOo runs only if the msvc*-libraries are already registered on the system.
