I can't confirm. I have installed Dev300_m23 on Kubuntu 6.06 without problem.
For ooobasis-dev3.0-en-us_3.0.0-23_i386.deb
Konqueror says :
Depends: ooobasis-dev3.0-core01
Provides: ooobasis-dev30-en_US
@sak102010 : have you removed Dev300_m?? before installing m23 ?
