I checked with "Ooo-dev 3.0.0 Beta Multilingual version German UI WIN XP:
[300m25 (Build9330)]" and can confirm the reported effect, pls. see attached
screenshots!
Ruler position will be updated only if cntrl. has been released. Same effect
with zoom icons, as long as <cntrl> or <shift> will be hold, same effect with
new zoom slider. For all that pls. also see my screenshots in test kit.
