cmc->kendy: can you verify this in cmcfixes48. The defines now match the results
that xmlsec1 builds itself under, i.e. see XMLSEC_CFLAGS in
unxlngx6.pro/misc/build/xmlsec1-1.2.6/Makefile
where -DXMLSEC_NO_SIZE_T appears on x86_64
