Even though the problem can be avoided, it leaves one question:
Why did these subscripts, in whatever font was used as substitute for
'arTahoma', need extra space above the line?
It's not an Adobe-font problem, since the extra space appears also in the odt
file display and in the page preview.
My fonts are the regular Windows fonts:
O Times New Roman (TrueType)
O Arial (TrueType), etc.
