clu->bobharvey: hsql does not support this funktion - if a database does not
support a function or a driver says: i do not support this function, the office
can't do anything - a lot of databasese only support creating table but not
changing (a question of security) - if you do not connect to a data source, you
automaticly use the bundled database hsql
