In writer, using WEB VIEW, There is a defect in writer where the arrow keys cannot move the cursor from up/down from line to line. Also, at times you cannot move the cursor to the end of the line. Pressing the right arrow-key can at times actually make the cursor move backwards. In web view, at times, Writer does not understand where the end of the line is. The bug might relate to different zoom levels, or wide aspect ratio monitors. Unfortunately, this bug appears intermittently.
