I cannot reproduce this with my long document (50 pages). Cursor movement works
fine.
Maybe you config is corrupted. Please delete folder "C:\documents and
settings\[user]\Application data\OpenOffice.org3" and restart office. Otherwise
please provide your sample document so that we may reproduce the problem with
this.
