@doncarlosone: That's just the way it is designed. Normally there's only one
instance of soffice running for multiple documents.
When you start soffice whith a document and soffice is already running the
commands are passed two the already running first instance. Then the document
loads in the first instance and the second instance terminates while the new
document is still loaded in the first instance.
So if I got you right this works just as designed.
