I can confirm gghh's report, that this issue still exists in the Germophone
version of OOo 3.0 RC4 under Debian SID/Experimental AMD64 ... :(
On /text/swriter/00/00000404.xhp under hd_id3151242 and par_id3143279, you still
find the

This is the EMB, which is linked to /text/swriter/01/04030000.xhp, where you
find the wrong text under hd_id3145241. As this text (as well as the icon with
the par_id3151261) still exists, I reopen this issue, sorry ... :(
