I have a Calc spreadsheet that changes its answers just by inserting a column. I
cannot describe the exact circumstances but have an example. If I hadn't spotted
it it could have cost me $50K on a large quote.

I am also VERY frustrated at this issue reporting system. IF after submitting
this I am offered the option I will upload a file that exhibits the problem.
Otherwise I shall revert to Excel.
