DR->ER: seems to be a filter-independent problem. The same happens when creating
a simple defined name pointing to a fixed column:
- Create named range "ttt" with contents =$A1
- In A1, enter 1
- In B1, enter =ttt
- Insert column before column A
-> The name still points to column A, but should point to column B
