2008 -------
There is a kind of "forbidden" state. Number "0" is not allowed for format "a,
b, c..." as start value. You can workaround this by going to
Format.Numbering.Options Changing the format for Level 7 to anything else and
then back to "a, b, c...".
Can you remember by which steps you reached this state? The bug must be
somewhere in that progress at a place where it is erroneously possible to get
start value 0 for this format.
