Yes, but Bullets&Numbering/Options says: Start at 1... which should be 'a'

'Can you remember by which steps you reached this state?'
No. But I usually alternate (from one level to the next) between 'a,b,c' and
'0,1,2..' (Obviously, I 'start' the latter format at 0.)
Regardless, can one 'go inside' the code to find how this 0 occurs in the file
as it now stands?
