Sorry if the translation is a bit crappy, but i'm doing my best.
On windows XP SP3 (still have to test on on other OS'es too) i'm getting weird
results when using a table of contents and personalized heads (good translation?
dutch word is: kop).
I've uploaded the file on the given url. As you can see i've changed the table
of contents his options, so that the table of content uses my adapted headers.
Still the table of contents isn't displayed :(
I've talked about this issue on irc on different channels with different people
and they didn't know the answer too. If this is an option that i've overseen,
then i think this should be more logical?
