It is an Excel 95 file. But the encoding remains wrong, if you explicitly choose
this filter. If you save the file in a newer format in Excel 2007, the encoding
is correct when opening in Calc.
In addition font effects "outline" and "shadow" are set, which should not be.
Has this file been generated by Excel (which version?) or by some other
application?
