Import of drawing objects from RTF is still rudimentary. See issue 3790.
The question marks in the text box should be the same encoding problem like
issue 70736.
MRU->HBRINKM: see attached RTF, at the bottom of page 1, there are two text
boxes which are imported after the page break instead of before the break.
Works fine in doc import.
