2008 -------
Steps to reproduce:
1. open new writer document
2. Menu 'Insert -> Picture -> From file' , Browse for
"081108_09_Strassenansicht170.jpg" (ore use own image) and insert
3. Doubleclick on image
4.Card 'Cut', see scaling both 100%
5. card 'Type', check wicth relative, height unchecked, check
"maintain aspect ratio", change width to app. double size, <ok>
Everything looks fine, test card 'Cut' after doubleclick, both sizes
are the same
6. Change to card "Type", check both iszes "Relative", (maintaqin aspect ratio
is still checked), modify "width" to app. half size
expected: Half size with aspect ration maintaining
actual: aspect ratio no longer maintained, check card "cut"
