OD->HI: I have no problem on opening the master document on Linux.
Investigation reveals that all paragraph attributes (e.g. background color,
border, etc) are lost, when the paragraph is a heading.
This is a serious defect -> raise priority to P2
Accepted to fix for OOo 3.0.1
