In the past (not recently), I too suffered crashes at first launch/registration
time, possibly most
noticeable if registration is declined or deferred by the person launching the
application.
Tentatively, I see two aspects to this report:
1) the crash at or around time of first launch/registration
2) the subsequent crashes.
@ klausbackert: concerning the subsequent crashes, two questions:
i) does OOo offer to recover anything?
ii) if so, then do you
a) accept
or
b) decline
the offer to recover?
