jsc -> cd: as discussed per phone, it's a valid request and we should support it
jsc -> groverblue: we will take care of it as son as possible but please
understand that other things have a higher priority. You can workaround the
problem by configuring two printers with different names. For one printer you
configure duplex as default. This way you can at least select the correct
printer in your env to print duplex.
