In our API an annotation is a text field. This object is a property set and in
case of annotation text fields it has a property "TextRange" that implements the
interface com.sun.star.text.XText.
To make the code working with OOo 3 and older versions, it should cope with the
fact that this property is not available and proceed with the simple string
property from OOo2.
