Using the build from [CWS:frmdlg] w/ SRB

Placing a zero before any component of the date yields a null string.

example:
DATE( 08;12;4)
DATE( 2008;02;4)
DATE( 2008;2;04)

All the above generate a NULl String.

Under Calc in the same build all of these are accepted by the function.
