This makes it easier for people who export on a regular basis and decrease input errors for password protected pdf files. In our company for example every created pdf file needs a set of security options and therefor a company-wide permission password. Users of adobe acrobat can save a set of settings as a profile and them apply it easily on a pdf file. In my opinion this should be added to openoffice too.
