It found in 3.0 and DEV300m37

HYPERLINK function help content in EXAMPLE part:

=HYPERLINK("file:///C:/writer.odt#Specification";"Go to Writer bookmark")
displays the text Go to Writer bookmark, loads the specified text document and
jumps to bookmark "Specification".

Usage of division and backslash misleading, if you use it in this way it is not
working is any op. system. On win the right form is :
=HYPERLINK("file:///C:\writer.odt#Specification";"Go to Writer bookmark")
