I'll reopen the bug and assign it to Oliver.
Having OK focused is a bug. I suggest to select a preset. For example, if the
document has a single column layout (the default) the first entry of the Column
control has to be preselected.
Btw. The column presets should be labeled accordingly: One, Two, Three, Right,
Left
