------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Dec 18 07:31:33 +0000 2008 ------- on priorities: one of the main strengths of openoffice was that it was so platform independent, printouts always worked reliably (wysiwig). under osx this is not so any more. this is the reason why i think printing problems deserve priority p1 and not p3. a program that does not print what i write is quite simply no good and a reason to start looking around for a better program. sorry, but i am a great fan of openoffice and very disappointed with the 3.0 under osx. i think the openoffice team should have waited longer before releasing 3.0 under macintosh. perhaps openoffice is not responsible, but the osx platform, in which case this should be made clear to the community and future releases should go back to the 2.4.1 way of installing oo at the deeper unix level and forget about osx looks. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
