It seems to be a vista-dependent issue. Haven't seen this on several other machines running OO 3.0 on XP. I'm not sure, if it's really a quickstarter issue. I will get this issue every time I use openoffice on the vista machine - even if I open documents just using windows explorer. However I will give it a try to avoid using the quickstarter. Maybe that's a kind of workaround for the problem.
