@mav: thanks for the explanation. From what you write I can understand that it
was not planned that in the 3.0.0 installation I cannot delete a file that is
opened.

However, when issue 95528 says

And from that I should conclude that it should not be possible in 3.0.1 to
delete (etc.) a file that is opened.
So sorry, I do not yet understand it.
