The sentence "the document should be locked" means that the document should be
locked with the OOo lockfile mechanics, since the issue 95528 refers to lockfile
mechanics only.
That means that another office of version OOo3.0 or later will recognize that
the document is locked. OOo3.0.x is not allowed to use system file locking for
documents.
