I compared it between 680m91 and Word 2003. Both display whole line as small
caps except the first Letter of th line which is a normal Capital letter.
BTW: we both speaking of the line "L??guma izpildes nodro??in??juma forma",
right?
You can see this in Word, when switching to a higher Zoom level (like 500 %) and
then entering a capital N before "nodro??in??juma".
