umm, nope, it seems we're talking about different pages.
as i mentioned in issue 46771, i am referring to page numbers as they are in oo.
org. page 74 is the one that starts with "Saimnieciski visizdevÄgÄkÄ
piedÄvÄjuma
noteikÅanas kÄrtÄba" (and this is the sentence that is all small caps in
msword,
but normal in oo.org, except for word "noteikÅanas", which is in small caps).
it's two pages further than the page you were looking at (and there title looks
ok for me, too)
