While es is completely right about the problems of this dialog (and so correctly
pointed out that there is something to do) I don't see a problem in doing a
simple fix for the duplicate "insert formula" entries.
The next interesting question is: which name should be changed and how should it
be? My suggestion:
"Insert formula object" or "Insert Math object"
as this function appears in the "Insert Object" menu of the application.
The other function can keep its current name, I don't see a better one.
